Does the PC you are powering have a graphics card, if yes then the OCZ is the only choice.

i5-3570k, 7850 graphics card.

Guess Ill get the cheaper non-modular one. Its my understanding that non mod just has all connections all permenantly plugged in which modular you add what you need.

The 1st and 3rd are poorly made and will most likely damage your system, fail or something in the future. The OCZ is the most recommended and safest out of them.
