Which PSU?

Just buy 2 of these. When the first one explodes into a ball of flames you have a spare one ready to replace it. When the second one explodes, you should have your first psu back raring to go.
I would also suggest buying a Fire extinguisher and a smoke alarm just to be on the safe side.

Did OCUK staff help you out when you phoned them about your build

Are you just repeatedly asking questions you already know the answer to like in this post. You are asking if a 1200w PSU can power 2 HD 7970s - you only have to look at the specs for any HD 7970 to know the answer is yes. I have also seen you ask similar in other posts about builds so you should know what a PSU can do.

If you genuinely want to build a PC give the Pros at OCUK a call and they will be happy to help (they will even build it for you).
 
If you think the multiple threads asking the same questions have been bad up to now, how bad do you think it's going to get IF this thing ever gets built?

Mark, please buy a pre-built system to spare us AND yourself the nightmare :)
