which quad for clocking?

right guys ditching my old 2160 and going for a 775 quad which of the below for bang for buck and clocking potential and any other relevant bits and bobs you care to throw in would be most welcome

Q9450/Q9550 (if you can afford it). The extra cache will help in a lot of things, just hope you have a decent mobo/ram combo for clocking too?

Q9450 or a Q9550 if you can find one at a realistic price. The others are too cut down to even consider. Second hand Q6600/Q6700 would be good for your board too.
