Which R9 280 is best?

I have decided to buy the R9 280 but I am not sure which model to go for.

- MSI
- Gigabyte
- Asus
- Xfx

The MSI Twin Frozr seems to be the cheapest.

What I am looking for mainly is the card that is the most quiet and cool, I don't care much for overclocking it.

I have tried to research it on google but it mostly shows me comparisons and reviews for the 280x models.

HIS IceQ has a great cooler and runs much quieter than the MSI TF which I also owned briefly (both 7970's but same thing as 280X). There is currently one within the Clearance section for £129.

I can't see that anymore, it must be gone.

I did more research and I liked the warranty on the MSI/Gigabyte/Asus cards so I have narrowed it down to those 3.

I am thinking of going with the MSI one.
Is it a good card or is there any known problems with it?

Here is the HIS 280X @ £129. The MSI is a good card but I found it a little too noisy for my tastes. Perhaps this is because I am overly sensitive and run things within an otherwise silent case. If you can already hear your case fans you shouldn't have anything to worry about either way.

An alternative solution will be to buy a used 7950/7970 for £80-£100.

Edit: There are also 10+ Gigabyte Windforce 280X's available for £129 here, and 10+ ASUS DirectCU cards here.
