Competitor rules

Which R9 280 ?

Neither of those are R9 280X cards. You can expect to pay around £210+ for an R9 280X whilst the R9 280 cards you linked are from £150.
I've read that the Sapphire Dual-X isn't all that although their other cooling systems (Vapor X and ??? X are good). Personally, I find it hard to recommend that Powercolor R9 280 as I had two and both arrived with problems - returned for a refund. I've now replaced it with an XFX R9 280X and I'm very happy with it. I was tempted by the Gigabyte Windforce cards; they have really good user reviews.
It's up to you at the end of the day. I don't think any of these cards are inherently bad so to speak.
