depends what fans you are wanting to use with them.

I know HE rad is better with fans which are 100cfm+

Not sure on the BIX

erm, 100CFM ??? per fan??? is that not gonna be bloody noisey?

basically i can get either a
Black Ice Extreme Rad 240mm with 2X free YSTECH KM121225LS fans for £25 or

Thermochill Radiator (HE 120.2) and use my 2 existing Akasa Ambers for £22.

i really have no clue, hell i dont even know what CFM the ambers have, i just know they are quiet and thats what im after.

yea it is noisey!

I would personally go for the BIX with the set of 2 fans and then you can see how good those fans are and you have the option of swapping over to your ambers.

You could get a new one of these:
HWLabs Black Ice Stealth GT240 (Black)

Price: £29.78 (£34.99 Including VAT at 17.5%)

They are relatively low profile rads to make it easier to fit in a case and also offer good performance with low noise fans.

Save your cash, save up for a new PA series Rad.

When you get it and pull it out of the box, you'll get that shiny 'thermochill' feeling I got when I finally purchased my PA120.3 a couple of days ago. Arrived yesterday, and now the weekend just can't come quick enough!
