I'd like a ram disk that keeps the info even if the computer shuts down.
Doesn't give me bsod and can have 30gigs worth.

Currently using asus rog ram disk (free), but I think there is some issue with it or compatibility with my components. (I've gotten a few bsod and with one of them it mentioned the ram drive software. (new build). My old build it worked fine.

I've used primo ram disk in the past but I think you lose the info if you shut your computer down.

Any other advice? Don't mind paying for a decent program.

I'm trying to work this out. If you shut down your computer you will loose what's in memory that's a given which is where hibernation came in. What these programs are likely doing is keeping a local cache on the HD which then copies it back into memory on logon/startup. Sorry I can't recommend anything but I'd just put it on a fast HD - invest in an NVME drive maybe if speed is that important.
