Which RAM for AV8 Mobo!?.

I'm about to take delivery of my new Abit AV8 2moro.

But I still need to sort out the RAM, I'm after 2GB Ideally, I was about to order some OcUK Ram but I've been reading about Compatibilty issues with certain Ram manufacturers using this board. I'm not interested in Overclocking btw.

Is there anyone on here with AV8 that can tell me which is the best RAM modules for this motherboard please.

I chose mine from the approved vendors list from the mobo manual. You can download your manual from www.uk.asus.com

He has a Abit board not Asus. . . .

Its either going to be Corsair or GeiL.

No probs, ex-abit user here. I quite like the look of the OCZ ram myself:- OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC3200 Dual Channel Platinum Series EL-DDR CAS2 (OCZ4002048ELDCPE-K) (MY-057-OC) (£164.44 Including VAT at 17.5%) but alas more expensive, if your on a budget I would go with geil.
