Which RAM for me?

building a pc with:

4850 G card
e8500 CPU
Asus p5q mobo

just not sure which ram to use.

i wont be overclocking. just looking for long term stability/compatability and performance.

No overclocking you only need 667 but given the prices 800 would be sensible (and give you some overclocking head room just incase) but even 1066 is not that much more money now!

Edit: Wow, didn't realise how much the prices of 1066 have fallen!

what brand would you suggest for the motherboard i chose?

Best off asking in the mobo forum but one of the P43 or low-end P45 boards should do nicely.
