Which Ram for this setup??

Hi,

I'm getting a machine with :

Sempron64 2800
Asrock K8NF4G-SATA 2


I am not too sure which ram to get, aiming for one of the value dual channel kits. either Crucial, Corsair or OCuk (so around £60 budget), also not sure if corsair or ocuk ram is compatiable with this mobo.
I plan to OC, which ram will be best for me? Thanks....

oh yeah i forgot to put down geil.
Not sure if it is compatiable with this board tho.

Also, is there still problems with S754 running 2 slots of PC3200?
