which RAM from these?

Personally I'd go for the Crucial Tracer stuff as the latencies are lower and there's some blinging LEDs, but the bling might not be your style.

Cas latencys mean nothing on Intel cpus :)

I would personally get the corsair because ive never had any fail on me and its hardy stuff :)

Hi topher, the only real reason to pay the little extra for the Crucial Ballistix Tracer RED 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 PC2-6400C4 800MHz Dual Channel Kit is if you are looking at running the memory above it's rated speed. The CAS4 latencies will help with this slightly since you can loosen them up to CAS5 which will give you slightly more headroom to overclock the memory. However, unless you have a CPU that has a low multiplier (Which you don't) or are looking at some insane overclocks then PC6400 (800MHz) rated memory will be absolutely fine. It's pretty pointless spending nearly £10 extra for memory that has lower CAS latency timings which in reality will be no benefit to you. The performance difference between CAS4 and CAS5 will be completely unnoticeable.

I would personally go for the Corsair 4GB DDR2 XMS2 PC2-6400C5 TwinX (2x2GB) memory kit which is a steal at it's current price. :)

I have just bought the corsair set and its running at 940 @ 1.8v,

after rma'ing 4 set's crucial balistix memory in a year and a half. I am dubious about getting anymore crucial.
