Which RAM???? help please

need some good ram. i am looking to upgrade and am looking to buy the following:

AMD X2 4400
Asus A8N-E Ultra
7800

what kind of ram should i use... i might be doing some light overclocking with my 4400.

arround 150 max and i might do some overclocking but i wont be pushing it very far
