Which RAM - looking to upgrade - £150

I Think im having memory leak problems playing oblivion - game starts fine then lags really bad after about 7mins play -

so i think im going to upgrade to 2gb RAM

what should i get for around £150??

The best ram you could buy for around that price would be the OCZ PC3200 Platinum. It's £165 but nothing comes close to it for the price. Better than anything up to about £200.
