Which ram please

Right guys, i need advice which ram to get. I am getting:

Gigabyte GA-G33M-DS2R Micro ATX (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

Intel Core 2 Duo E2180 "LGA775 Conroe" 2.00GHz (800FSB) - Retail

Then, when the 45nm CPU's become available i will be buying one. So, i need to know what ram to get for the above mobo and cpu and which will be compatable when i upgrade the CPU in a few months. Don't want to spend a lot on the ram though. Thanks

CAS 4 is a little better, and will overclock better if need be.
