Which RAM should I choose?

I was thinking of getting 8gb ram.
Found these:

Which one should i get? In the future, when I want to upgrade to 16gb, I will just need to buy another pair of RAM right?

Any other better RAM suggestions are appreciated

Is the Kingston RAM compatible with the Noctua NH-D14 Cpu Cooler?
