Which RAM should i keep?

All all, i have these RAM sets: (all DDR4)

Corsair vengeance 16GB (2x8GB sticks) 3200 CL16 18 18 36
Crucial Ballistix 16GB (2x8GB sticks) 3600 CL16 RAM
Team Group 8Pack RIPPED Edition 16GB (2x8GB sticks) 3600MHz CL14 15 15 35
Corsair vengeance 32GB (2x16GB sticks) 3200 CL16 18 18 36

I have two systems.

i5 10600K, 3080, currently using the Team Group RAM
Ryzen 5600X on B450, 3070, currently running the Crucial Ballistix.

Both are ITX systems so only have two slots.

So i guess, 32GB of slower ram over 16GB of faster ram? Ive never really noticed the difference of the faster ram to be honest.

What would you do?

I would check ram usage in games to see if any are maxing out and then maybe move the 32 GB to that machine.

The faster ram may give you a couple of FPS over the slower but that's it.

Whichever system you play the more demanding games on (I assume the 3080), then I'd give the 32GB.

Swap the Ballistix for the 32GB Vengence.

The faster (3600MHz CL14) RAM will give you better 1% lows, and a few more FPS. 16GB is a little bit limiting for the most modern games though, so I'd go for the 32GB.
