Which ram timings please?

hello, i dont know a lot so im going to ask you professionals,

which would i benefit from the most please my ram timings,
i play games and listn to music and use photoshop a lot.

133mhz 2-2-2-6 and command rate T1
or
200mhz 2-3-3-8 command rate T1

200mhz 2-3-3-8.

The difference between 133 and 200 would more than make up for the slightly looser timings.

As Cob says but you may be able to tighten them up manually in the bios. I had 2x512mb sticks of crucial value ram that were supposed to run at 3-3-3-8 1T but with a bit of tweaking i got them tightened up to 2.5-2-2-5 1T. The same goes for the 2x1gb sticks i have now. I did have to up the voltage to 2.8v for the Crucial ram but the PNY stuff i have now are at stock voltage.
