Which RAM with GB DS3 For Value?

I am in the process of scaling down my SFF empire into one manageable machine. I have just picked up a 2nd user GA_965P_DS3, and am looking for an appropriate 1GB kit for it. I have no real interest in overclocking these days, but still want reliable kit. Any suggestions would be most welcome
