Which Ram would I be best getting to be faster for Dell G5 5500

Hi, I have a Dell G5 5500 Laptop with 16gb 2x8gb
I was thinking about maybe upgrading the ram, still having 16gb but just wanted it to be faster.
It curretly has:
1 SK Hynix ddr-4 3200 CL 22-22-22
1 Micron Tech ddr-4 3200 CL 22-22-22

I have seen some Corsair Vengance which says LPR memory, not sure if thats compatible, but shows as CL 16

Or are there any others? when i run a system check on crucial it just recommended memory that was also CL22

Or would i be best just sticking with what I have as i probably wouldn't see much difference anyway?

If you mean changing from your current 16GB setup to another 16GB but with higher frequency, I'd suspect you'd be incredibly unlikely to notice any kind of difference, especially on a laptop designed for gaming.

You won't notice anything outside of benchmarks.
