Which Ram?

hello, i am considering altering my order tomorrow because i am unsure whether this ram will be good enough;

i am considering changing to this;

is this going to be a noticable difference in games? or can i overclock the ram to match its performance? is there any other ram that is better than these two in the same price range? thanks for all your help

What processor are you using and what clock speed do you want to overclock it too ?

i am going to try and reach 3ghz upwards, i have never overclocked before and am a complete novice so any advice is appreciated, does ram effect this?

can somone please help me with this, i need a decision by tomorrow. is it better to get the higher priced ram seeing as i am going to overclock the e2180 to 3ghz+? please somone help

You can probably clock the cheaper version upto atleast 850mhz

The CPU would be 300x10 (3.0ghz) , so the ram would be running at 600mhz if you left it untouched. Even if you overclocked the CPU to 4.0ghz, the ram would reach 400mhz fine most likely

I'd only buy the more expensive ram if I was weary of having to overclock my ram

okay cool i am not bothered about how much work i have to put in to be honest, i have never overclocked parts before, nor built a pc on my own, but i think it should all be quite a fun if at times frustrating experience. I just wanted to know which option would give me better peformance
