I recommend buying it second hand from the members market 2x2gb set then selling the 2x1gb set you have.
Pretty much any branded 2x2gb pc6400 set will do fine ocz corsair geil etc or you could buy an additional 2x1gb set but be aware some boards and hardware combos have problems running 4 sticks of ram and or need more voltage on the northbridge hence why I recommend getting 2x2gb.
But most of the time it's fine I ran 4x1gb sticks of the same ram you have for ages until my abit ip 35pro became faulty and would only boot and run using 2 sticks, so maybe just buy an additional 2x1gb pc6400 set as long as they can do the same timings on the same voltage.
You regularly see the ram you have currently go for about £25 in the members market compared to the rip off prices of £50 ish currently for 2x1gb of ocz for example whilst 2x2gb sets go from about £45-£60+ dependant on what they are.
There's no worries buying second hand branded memory they all come with lifetime warranty and nobody with good trust is going to sell you faulty ram.I would certainly try and get an additional exact same set as you currently have though if going for 2x1gb set.
