which razer headset ?

so i need to choose between razer megalodon 7.1 elite and tiamat 7.1 ?
any personal experience ? or you would suggest me other headset ?
or just take wireless chimera 5.1 ?
 
Well I have never used them the only headset/headphones I use are Sennheiser 418s i use them for games music and films .they were £50...very loud lots of bass and and good treble too

But I get where you're coming from it's a lot of money to spend ...but If you buy from OcUK and your not happy you can RMA them :)
 
Personal experience with the 7.1 megalodon is horrible, breaks easily and felt cheap while wearing it. I changed to Astro A40's and I love them
 
I use steelseries Siberia v2 they have very good build quality mic pushes into headset and have been told the quality from it is very good,and can be used with iPods and such it's very comfy and feels light on the head.
 
i used the megalodon for a while and its a piece of crap, getting a pair of corsair vengeance 1300's now. I wouldn't go back to razer for headsets again, I still like my mamba mouse though!
 
I've used the Tiamats. Great audio, design is good and the feature that lets you swap between your speakers and your headset at a push of a button is so underrated!

I personally use the Corsair V2000s as I love the fact they are wireless and have decent sound.

Both are pretty heavy though!
