Which reading is most accurate?

Hey all im running an i7 4770k on a sabertooth z87 mobo and have a quick cooling question. The temp readings using the thermal radar which came with the mobo are about 5 degrees lower than the readings from CPUID perfmonitor during idle and during gaming. Which reading would be most accurate?

Not sure but most people seem to use core temp,real temp or hwmonitor,
i would take the higher to be on the safe side.

I've found CoreTemp and HWMonitor to have excellent correlation, although HWM does give way more system info.
