Which replacement for Internet Explorer?

Try IE8?
If you're getting page not respnding a lot then i dont think its down to just the browser but something more. Perhaps a problem with the o/s.
Not sure why it keeps doing this. My brother was having the same problem with Vista HP 32. I tried resetting the defaults etc but still problem continues. Ran Avira full scan and it does not identify anything; OS has been running very well with not one blue screen since I got the system in Sept 08. So, yeah could be something else but nothing obvious springs to mind and at a bit of a loss...but busy using FF now and all seems well.
