Which retro console is this?

New here, so apologies if I am posting this in the wrong section of the forum

Just looking to see if anyone out there in the retro gaming world could tell me what games console I am looking at here, based on a rather blurry and bad-angled photo of the controller? Looks to me like circa 80s-90s?

Hello!

I don't recognise it.

Although I'd hazard a guess it's a 'Pong' machine that typified the first generation of consoles (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_first_generation_home_video_game_consoles). But I haven't been able to find it. Beyond that maybe a prototype for something that never made it. i.e. Konix Multisystem (just an example I don't think its got anything to do with this one).

It looks like it was taken on a camera older than the controller.
