Which Revo Tchnik Dealer??

Hi, I have been having a browse through some tuning sites for the VW 1.8T engine and Revo Technik seems to be well regarded. I live in Solihull and so which of the Revo Technik dealers in my area is the best?
Are there any downsides to having the engine tuned up in this way? I don't want flat spots or any sort of strange engine characteristics!

All these replies are most interesting, just been browsing the Jabbasport site. Anyone had a bad experience when their ECU was remapped?
Does it affect engine reliability, or fuel consuption etc?
How easy is it to go back to standard if you want to sell the car etc?
