Nobody knows if 7nm Nvidia is coming next year. My money would be on 1st to 2nd quarter 2020. If NV bring out a Titan T in the coming months that will likely mean next GPU's are further away. If no Titan then IMO a better chance of something sooner but I think they'll save 7nm for next gen cards personally, ie, not do a refresh.
Wouldn't be surprised if a Titan on 7nm launches first, just to stir things up a bit more

I really like the FE personally. Only downside, and some may see it as a big one, is that the fans don't reduce down below 41%. Not noisey however but with case fans running in quiet mode it is audible. Trade off I suppose between slim profile vs three slot beast of a heat sink
