Which Samsung LCD TV ??

Well my trusty ex-rental TV is finally giving up the ghost after 8 years service, so I've decided to get myself a new one.

Having had a look Ive pretty much narrowed it to the LE32T51B but have seen the LE32R41B for the same price. It would seem by looking at the specs, that the LE32T51B is striped down a bit missing the SRS sound and HDMI.

So the question is, what does the LE32T51B have above the LE32R41B despite costing the same and having a lower spec. Is it it has a newer revison of panel ??

Both are around the £750 mark, so any other ones I should have a look at at this price point ??

SRS is a waste of time and HDMI is no loss since it has a DVI input. I think the T ones are newer models, the R models have been around a while now they were a fair bit more than the T models not so long ago.

The T series was meant for a different market, French I think it was - up until recently only a small number of retailers stocked them - I don't know specific releaes dates but when I was looking for a 23 inch screen the T came into stores later and is better specced than the M/R (not sure which) version of that size.
 
Doh, that puts a spanner in the works :D. It seems the T51 is the same price as the R41 although it would seem the R41 has more features, so I would presume the T51 is the newer one. What it has over the R41 despite the reduced features for the same price I havent a clue perhaps its a better panel. :confused:

Are there any other ones work considering at the same price point ? Im getting it tomorrow so I guess I'll just have to check out both to see if theres any difference in picture quality
 
The R Series are newer then the T series. The M series are the newest once like the LE40M51BDX or the LE40M61BDX, T is the oldest out of the 3
