The TomTom 720 does indeed look good but it's also £80 more expensive than the Garmin from the selected retailers he buying from (Comet, Currys or Halfords).
TBH on a four lane roundabout approach, there should be signs and road markings saying where each lane is going. That, plus directions from the sat-nav should be enough.
TomTom usually just tells you to keep to the left or right on the approach and take the nth exit.
