Which Sata, where?

Ive just recently got a new case and psu so ive just swapped over the computer

Ive got a GA-P55M-UD2 with 3 HDD and 1 DVD

When Ive added the sata cables back in I think ive put the wrong order or something as the SSD which is the boot drive isnt running at full speed for what ever.

Anyone know which sata part for what? never had this trouble before.

so going from the photo is the top middle Sata2_0?
Ive got it set at bottom at middle at moment.

I think the BIOS did reset so id have to check the settings, Im currently away from that computer right now.
Mainly from judging but i did do crystaldisk and it was very slow, and the windows shows it as 5.9 rather then the 7+ it was before. I know Windows isnt the best judgement but gives me a rough ball park.

Once i get it all sorted ill post photos up in maybe the case category.
