Hi, I'm thinking about buying a satnav, but don't know what to get, I'm currently using tomtom navigator 7 on a pocket pc, so I'm thinking of sticking with tomtom as I know how to use them, I would like it to have as many features as possible, budgets about £100

just thought it would be good to be able to bluetooth my phone to the satnav then tune the car stereo into the nav so i get my phone through the car speakers, hope that makes sense

The speakers in the gamin are more than loud enough for phone calls, not like it's high fidelity anyway!

You should be able to get a 1310t for your budget, which adds traffic

ok i will look, I've found the 1390t but not 1310t, is that the one you meant

sorry to be a pain but i really need help, i'm ordering the nav today but don't know what 1 to order, i'm ordering it from the rain forrest with a maximum budget of £166, i would like free traffic updates, as big as screen as possible, i have narrowed it down to 2 units unless there's anything better within budget, here's the 2 i have shortlisted

1. Garmin nuvi 1490t
2. Garmin nuvi 1690

90% of the replies are to go with a tom tom so why get a garmin?, i have had a ONE europe and just got the new xl live and its fantastic, even has google on it and you get ayear free hd traffic, wouldnt bother with garmin.
hi I would go tomtom if I could get 1 with free traffic updates
