Which screens with IPS panels?

I would like to get an LCD - 20 inch plus - for photo editting. reading some of the photo forums it seems screens with 'IPS' panels are the best for conistent colour and viewing angles etc.

How can I find out which monitors have this kind of panel? The Dell 2007WFP was mentioned but it also said that sometimes this uses a different panel type?
