Which service to send priority documents overseas?

I have some important A4 documents I need to send overseas to China. Is there a particular service you guys would vouch for? Needs to be signed for (preferably fully tracked), and although speed is a priority, I don't want to spend ridiculous amounts on it (£40+).

The company I work for uses UPS.

And ship with fedex ups or tnt. They will all be the same speed.

DHL / Fedex, should get there within 2-3 days.
