will 300-350W be enough for the system?
yes

Kolink (is it a good brand?)
kolink is an unknown brand at the moment. it's the in-house brand of caseking (owners of ocuk)
ocuk uses kolink psus in their standard builds, but how good it is? not too sure as no one's really tested their lower end psus before.

the sfx on the other hand, are reasonably decent, and good value

http://www.jonnyguru.com/forums/showthread.php?t=13639 (the jonnyguru peeps seem to think it's decent enough)

tl;dr: which one of the two i'd get. the kolink sfx easily. cheaper and also decently reviewed.

I have looked at the TweakPC and JonnyGURU review and it seems decent for the price especially for SFX so I went ahead and bought it.

There is a customer review for one of there psu that says it lasted 2 hours before going bang.
Yeah, I saw that review in the other thread but there are some positive reviews in there too but it can't be worse than the current Channel Well PSU that I'm using that I pulled from a PC bought at a high street shop.

I'm also looking between the Kolink 350W or Be Quiet 300W PSU and I can get the Be Quiet one for £6 more, which one out of the two is the better one?

If I was in your position i'd probably find the extra few quid to stretch to the Silverstone ST45SF. It's just a much more tried and tested power supply, and in my experience very good at what it does.

I have the Bequiet 300w and all I can say is that it has been working fine for about 18 months .
Powering a 2500K and a Gtx960 with 8Gb of DDR7 +1ssd .. no signs of any problems at all.
the 2500k is at stock speeds. not noisy , but only a six pin gfx card connector .(iirc)
Might try using it with a ryzen 2700 and gtx960
