Which should i buy?

It depends, the EVGA has an extra 1GB of VRAM giving it quite a performance boost in games which demand more than 1GB of VRAM - Battlefield 3, Fallout etc...

If you don't play very demanding games and would rather keep the cash then go for the Asus, otherwise no brainer really - go for the EVGA.
 
Go for the cheapest 6850/GTX460 you can find. Remember also that the GTX560 is essentially a rebranded and overclocked GTX460.

Also what's the rest of your system spec and power supply in particular?
 
Resolution, spec and max budget? :)

Considering price for performance, it has to be the 6850. However, as you've indicated that you're intention is to spend a little more, I would therefore aim for something like a 560ti, as alread mentioned by Locky.

I would have liked to keep it below the £100 mark but this is my current GFX Card

GT240, So anything is a BIG increase on performance

Res = 1440 x 900
