I got sky multi-room in my room and have been using our original Pace box (must be 3 years old now, if not more) and over the last couple of days the signal has started playing up, but there's been no problems with any other boxes in the house (1 more multi room and main box). Looks as if my Pace box is dieing and need to get a new one, ive been told that some of the boxes are much better than others and just wondering if anyone could recommend a decent one.

Thanks

Perhaps it's one of the outputs on the LNB or problem with the cabling instead?

I would swap the Pace around with another box from a different room to see if the problem lies with that room's point or the Pace box.

could be a cable problem if its a few years old as cable can degrade an effect the signal, testing a different box wont tell you to much as different makes of boxes will show a different signal strength thats why engineers use a meter to get a true reading.

Swapping a box would quickly show if the fault is with the box or not.

Cables are a year old, so shouldn't be that.
