Hi Fellas
I bought a sorta barebones PC called titan from OC a few years back with intel i7, ge force ASUS ENGTX285 card in it with 6 gig of ram which now needed upgrading so I have bought x2 sticks of Kingston 8gig ram >>

My board is a Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD3R which came in the 'Titan' tower. I have since replaced the graphics card with another as the Asus one died unfortunately and unexpectedly from Asus.
The 6 gig of ram were in the 1st, 3rd and 4th slots. All the slots are white EXPECT from the 2nd one which is blue.

Which slots would you guys reccommend putting the 2 new kingston ones in which I have shown in the link above?

Thanks in advance
Gabe

it should tell you in the mb manual which slots to use for two sticks/dual channel,it might be any two of the three white slots

I did not get a manual with it for the mobo.
The 4 slots consist of 1, white 2, blue 3, white and 4, white. Do you think I should put the 2 new sticks in 1 and 3 and leave the 2gig OZ gold one in the 4th slot thus having all white slots with ram in them or would leaving the 2 gig one in slow the system down?
