Which smart watches work with an iPhone ?

Guys I need to buy a new smart watch due to the bad design of the Apple Watch not letting me be able to wear mine.

But I don’t know which ones work best with an apple iphone ?

Can anyone recommend any please

If I wasn’t getting an apple watch I’d get a garmin fenix 7. Unfortunately I’ve no idea how well it works with the iphone as I’d just get an apple watch as it works flawlessly (for the most part) with the iphone.
