Which software for creating those online demo videos

Hi

As title mentions, does anyone have any experience/suggestions of some decent, and free if possible, software for creating online demos.

Adobe Captivate does something similar I believe but might be a bit expensive. (not sure if there is a free version going around)

Jing for free or Camtasia (made by the same company) if you can pay for something a bit better.
