which software to manage this scenario

Hi

I'm trying to find some software to manage this scenario.

For each customer there are about 20 tasks that have to be done eg. check certificate, check address, issue supplier confirmation etc.

What we need is a way of managing this via software so we can easily see which tasks are outstanging for which customer.

All our 10 users need to be able to access/amend this information.

What do you suggest we use?
 
I've never really used Access. I was hoping there was some off the shelf software available.
 
i dont know an off the shelf solution

it sounds like you need something made specifically for you

you could also build (pay someone) an online web based solution
 
A shared spread sheet would do the job, no? You could use something like Google Docs if you need web-based [and probably better version control].

this could also work, you could even make a pull down menu for users to choose the status of the job from
