which speed ram ?

I want to build a system with an Intel P4 3.0 Gig 800 FSB Prescott processor, the mobo I intend to use can take DDR2 533/400 ram. Which type of ram should I use ?.

You should be looking at PC5300 I believe It'd be pointless getting anything slower as PC5300 is cheap and available.
