Which SSD? - MBP

I have a mid 2009 13" MBP and want to put an SSD in.

Obviously I won't reap the fullest rewards from the current gen as I believe my mac only has SATA 3gbps interface.

Given that I don't want to but a 6gbps SSD if it comes at a premium but it would be nice to saturate the current bandwidth.

I was thinking about an Agility 3 240GB?

The other thing I worry about is there seems to be a lot of scare mongering about this drive or that, or some shouldn't be used with MAC etc.

I have an agility 3, but after updating to the newest possible firmware, it seems to be fine now, but it did suffer from the horrible issues. Most go for THIS drive, but its bloody expensive.

If you still don't want the Agi, hows THIS?

+ for being compatible, I don't actually know.
