Which SSD?

I'm looking to replace the 5400rpm 320gb hard drive currently in my 2010 13.3" MBP with an SSD. Thing is choosing one which works well with OSX bearing in mind TRIM is not supported.

I’m currently using a 60GB OCZ Vertex 2E in my Win7 desktop, which performs extremely well, but could do with a drive larger than 60GB for the MBP as it also has Win7 installed through Parallels.
Any recommendations? - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HD-009-CS&groupid=701&catid=14&subcat=1427 seems a good price, but not sure how well JMicron controller works with MBP’s.

I did have a look at the intel ones, but with the slower write speed when compared to other models plus the fact the intel SSD app appears to be for Windows only put me off.

Anyone using or had experience with MBP and SSD?

Thanks for the replies, very helpful. That Antech article has pointed me in the right direction.

I might hang on to see if 25nm arrives as penned in Q4

Cheers

Well over the weekend I ordered an MCE Optibay, my intention being to use an SSD for the OS and main apps and then the put music and bulk etc on the 320gb.

Will keep you posted.
