Which Star Wars Movies Have Alien Speaking Parts?

I'm trying to rip my Blurays and only want to include subs for the alien speaking parts to hardcode.

Am I correct in saying only A New Hope and Return Of The Jedi?

All but Empire (inc 1-3) have Alien subtitled parts.

This man is (most likely) correct. I can't recall any subtitles in Empire but all the rest (ie. Attack of the Clones, Revenge of the Sith, A New Hope and Return of the Jedi) do.
