Especially how you expect him to go and try the likes of the G27 compared to a thrustmaster wheel, where can he do this without buying them in the first place?

All i meant was the OP could get some idea of what he would like to purchase by doing what most people do and comparing some of these Wheels on various review sites and then bringing something to the table for discussion.

I am just making a point and that point is that i can't believe how lazy people are becoming.
As it happens I had been looking at various controllers before posting on here, the logitech driving force gt to be exact.
Ive read reviews and watched youtube videos.
The reason why my post was so vague is because I find that if your specific about a certain product you don't tend to get honest opinions.
Just responses like "Yeah Ive got one of those" " there wicked mate" " nah there crap, don't bother"
Fortunately for me everyone on this site apart from you has been very helpful.
