Hi guys,

Sorry to be another guy making another generic thread about "What monitor..." but I do need some help...

Basically in the next few months I should be able to save up around £300 to spend on a new monitor.

My main uses for this monitor would be gaming but I'd keep the monitor for the duration of Uni and I'd be using it as a TV at Uni (off to Edinburgh in September :D)

My other option is to buy a 22" sooner (probably a Samsung 226BW) but I'm not sure whether I'd feel the benefits of having the capability of playing 1080p at 1:1...

Any help is appreciated,

Banjo

ocuk one, now theyve sorted the problems, its a great monitor... if your lucky you might even get the samsung panel as included in other models which retail at 1k+ :p

Have a look in the thread near this one, the OcUK 24" one...

Have a read and decide for yourself, I personally wouldn't bother with the tihng at the moment. Just see moaning about stuck pixels.

Obviously that happens to any TFT/LCD though :)
