Which sub and amp?

Hello all,

Not the best when it comes to audio equipment, looking to get a sub and an amp for no more than £200? would the link below be a good option? looking for something clear and punchy!

How would this be? Looking for a sub which will produce crisp, punchy bass.

Not a big fan of buying second hand to be fair but will take a look, could anyone link me to a good sub & amp deal if anyone spots any?
