A mate is getting rid of his very old pc and we where looking at one of these.

£289.98 - Primo 6000i" Intel Pentium Dual Core E6700 3.20GHz DDR3 System
£298.99 - Acer E-Machines ET1862 Intel Core i3 540 3.06GHz DDR3 Full System
Are they all about the same or does one stand out more the the rest.
PC is just used for emails and surfing the internet.
