Which tablet has + and - buttons on the side?

I've seen Andrew Neil on the Daily Politics using a tablet, which I always assumed was an iPad. But they don't seem to have + and - buttons for the volume.

That's just a case isn't it? Could still be an iPad, seems to line up with where the buttons and camera are.
