Which temp is correct?

Speedfan, TAT, CoreTemp and Easytune all say different. Coretemp and TAT report very similar temps but I dont trust them. IIRC on bootup the BIOS says CPU is 22c and System is 38c.

I have a Gigabyte board so i'd have thought EasyTune (which came on CD with the board) would be correct...

Thoughts? Are there any better tools to use for temp monitoring?

Thanks

EDIT: checked and amended BIOS temps

Been ages isnc eI was into overclocking but back in barton core days , cpu temp things like that where totally unreliable and the only way to get a reliable temp was to place a probe near the core. I think that rights anyway, sure someone else will come along and tell you better :)
